Allan King was great to work with, friendly and approachable whilst he also communicated well with a large team. I never heard a bad word about Allan from anyone and the guest feedback was always very positive. Guests loved him and had many a laugh with his witty humour.

I have known Allan King for many years and he is the genuine deal. Incredibly personable and talented; a smile seems to come across your face when you are in the same room with him. I would have no problem recommending him for any situation imaginable.

I used to work with an amazing Cruise Director for several seasons in South America on the Infinity (Celebrity Cruises). In all my years with Celebrity Cruises, I have seen many cruise directors... I regarded him as one of the best of all! To put things in context, South America on the Infinity was for us one of the most challenging itineraries in terms of ratings, due to many factors. The international diversity of guests, the number of sea days, extremely rough seas, the ports, etc, all contributed to the challenge. Allan King (Cruise Director) pulled out miracles on that itinerary and I saw it with my own eyes several times over and over.

During my tenure at Celebrity Cruises, I had the pleasure of what is known as a "Hand- over" (from one Cruise Director to the next) on both Celebrity Galaxy and Celebrity Century. I was able to watch Allan in his full Cruise Director/Entertainer/Comedy mode, and he has always been a favorite from the Celebrity passengers. Allan's wit, warmth, sincerity and accessibility to both passengers and crew alike made it easy to see why he has had such a successful Cruise Industry entertainment career.
